We enjoyed it so much that we ordered the 2nd time, but they were very late 45 minutes+ had to call them and they said all the right things - arrived very shortly afterward and was still as nice and was still hot so, you can't have perfection every time. (Thus the microwave request.) There was a mix up with our receipt that they handled very professionally and timely. Everything tasted wonderful and more than we could eat. 1st time arrived very fast with a great presentation, everything we could need to include ice cold water. Let me expand on that it was a real treat to order through room service for breakfast. Half? the restaurants were closed (covid) but breakfast was eaten, pizza was taken to the room (fabulous tasting), room service was ordered. First impressions, you feel special with the grand entrance, attentiveness of the staff and the many restaurants along the promenade. Bed was cozy, view was nice, no coffee pot but they warned us ahead of time (due to Covid), no maid service (again Covid) but everything looked cleaned upon arrival with sealed tape to assure us that no one had entered. It would be nice to have a microwave for warming up left-overs. The parking garage is a bit confusing but it is nice to have protection from the elements. Stayed here for the first time during the 'must wear a mask so we can re-open' situation.
