I have know idea what the $35 resort fee is for, certainly not pool amenities or TV service. Casino and restaurants are okay but my recommendation would be to sleep off property. Not sure if this is a housekeeping service or not, either way just another inconvenience and annoyance. On this particular morning we were also woken up at 6:00 by an alarm clock that we did not set and could hear the alarm in the vacant room next door go off within 5 minutes. The front desk workers I have had are borderline rude, the kings size beds are undersized and are comparable to sleeping on a futon, no cable TV only local channels with spotty reception and the pool hours are ridiculous for a 'resort and spa' experience.
